Kingston Kicks June 9 and 10 2012

Is off and running

This year we have 21 exciting classes for you choose from in the morning.

The afternoon is a new format this year

There are three 2 hour classes in Karate,Aikido and Ji-Jitsu.

Each class will have 4 instructors each teaching a 1/2 hour class.

You get to choose the disscipline you want to train in

There are still a few things to tidy up. He’s working on it.

I am looking forward to some great training and hanging out with friends. For all those participants that have attended before you know that the venue is incredible, hot tubs, water slide and a splash park for the kids. Kingston is a great city and has lots to offer and it’s only a couple of hours from Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal.

This year we have an awesome lineup of instructors for you to learn from on Saturday, June 11 and the friendship Tournament is on Sunday, June 12.

Come out and show off your skills

So plan to join us for the Day or the Weekend.

Carol and I are very happy you all had a great experience at Kingston kicks
We have already started planning for next year
The date is tentatively set for June 11 and 12 2011
Many of the instructors you trained with are on facebook drop them a thank you note
they will appreciate it

hello everyone

The challenge is on last year at the kingston kicks party and dance we had the wildest shirt contest I am told the honor went the Sensei Jeremy McCann
I personaly think that’s a mistake
Kyoshi Krantz has been rumored to say it’s his this Year so don’t bother

SO IT’S ON !!!!!!!!!!

Ok so this year the Theme is Dragons so find your best dragon shirt and bring it !!!
But don’t spend to much time finding one cause I already have mine
so bring it if you dare
I don’t know to many martial artists that turn down a challenge
What’s that your afraid now !!!!

Lady dragon’s are more than welcome to get in on action
so ladies bring it If you dare (and no cheating with that sexy stuff)

It’s all for fun so let party on
